Designer Wanted
Position 1: Junior Designer (0-2 years experience)
Position 2: Intermediate Designer: Maternity Leave (2-4 years experience)

This is a small firm, so we all (including the owners) roll up our sleeves and help with miscellaneous studio jobs, from presentations and self-promotion, to archiving files and washing the dishes. And we love what we do.
Skills should include:

_ Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of brand strategies and positioning
_ Ability to take creative direction and execute on design strategies
_ Detail oriented, efficient and excellent time management
_ Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
_ Excellent team working skills
_ Ability to work through problems logically, prioritize projects, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
_ Must have experience in brand identity and/or packaging
_ Prefer experience with online design, including several CMS systems and directing developers
_ High level of proficiency in standard applications, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
_ Excellent print knowledge and must be able to build print-ready files for printing and manufacture
